The foundation was manage by Edgar Nerosa Alegre the Eldest son of Martina Nerosa Alegre, who is now the Executive Director of the Foundation.

Global Academy Institute of Technology Foundation (GAITF) Inc. is duly accredited with the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) and granted Special Consultative Status by the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since July 23, 2015.
